Exchange Eligibility
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Sale items or gift vouchers are non-returnable, unless defective.

How to Initiate Return

Refunds
Processed within 7 working days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchange for a different size or style is available within 7 days. Replacements ship after the original item is received and inspected, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective. We will provide a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order ships. You can track it on the courier partner’s website.

2. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Exchange Policy

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Original packaging and the invoice must be included with the return.

3. Exchange Terms
Exchanges are allowed for size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping may be prepaid by Label Kosa in certain cases. In other instances, customers may be requested to ship items back using a tracked courier.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
Please contact us immediately with photos within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Processing Time
Inspection: 1–3 working days
